Who we are, and who we are not
UpFluent builds independent add-on plugins for the Fluent suite of WordPress plugins. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by WPManageNinja LLC. FluentCRM, FluentCart, Fluent Forms, FluentCommunity, Fluent Support and WP Social Ninja are the property of their respective owners, and product names are used only to describe compatibility.
Your license
Our plugin code is licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later. A purchase buys you a license key for a set number of sites, which entitles you to plugin updates and support for the length of your subscription. Images, styles, documentation and other non-code assets remain our property and may not be redistributed separately.
When a subscription lapses, the plugin keeps working, but automatic updates and support stop until it is renewed.
Payments
Orders are processed on this site with FluentCart, and payments are handled by Stripe. Receipts and invoices come from us and are always available in your account. Prices are in US dollars, plus any tax that applies, and may change; a change never affects an active subscription term you have already paid for.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account portal. See our refund policy for refunds.
Acceptable use
Do not resell or sublicense our license keys, share a key across more sites than your plan allows, or use our plugins to break the law or to send unsolicited bulk email. We may deactivate a license that is being used this way.
Support
Support covers our own plugins: installation, configuration and bugs. It does not cover custom development, third-party plugins and themes, or server administration. Reach us through the support form.
No warranty, and limits on liability
Our plugins and this site are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not promise the software will be uninterrupted or error free. Always keep backups and test on a staging site before updating a production store.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a plugin or this site is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost data or other indirect damages.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version, and continued use means you accept the update. We may suspend or end a license that violates these terms, with a refund of any unused prepaid period where required by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. The state and federal courts serving Deschutes County, Oregon have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
