This site is run by Smith Family Resources, Inc. (UpFluent), 70 SW Century Dr #100-433, Bend, OR 97702, USA. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What we collect
- Launch notifications. If you ask to be notified about a plugin, we store your email address and which plugin you asked about.
- Support requests. Your name, email address, and whatever you tell us about your site and the problem.
- Purchases. Processed on this site with FluentCart. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we receive your name, email, billing address and order details. We never see or store your full card number.
- Server logs. Our host and our CDN, Cloudflare, keep standard logs including IP address, browser and pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.
We do not run advertising trackers on this site, and we do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
What our plugins collect
Our plugins run on your own WordPress site and store their data in your database. They do not send your store’s customer data to us. License checks send only what is needed to verify a key: your site address, the plugin version and your license key.
Why we use it
To deliver what you bought, answer your questions, send the launch email you asked for, keep the site secure, and meet our tax and accounting obligations. We email you about your purchases and support; we only send announcements to people who asked for them, and every announcement has an unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
Only the services that make this business run: Stripe (payments), our hosting provider, Cloudflare (CDN and security), and our email delivery provider. Each of them gets only what they need. We also disclose information when the law requires it.
Cookies
This site sets only functional cookies, such as those WordPress and Cloudflare use to keep the site working and to protect against abuse. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
Order records for as long as tax law requires, currently seven years. Support tickets for three years. Launch notification signups until you unsubscribe or the product launches.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you are in the EU, UK, California or another place with privacy laws of its own, those rights apply here too, including the right not to be discriminated against for using them. Ask through the support form and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
This site and our plugins are meant for businesses, and are not directed at children under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and material changes will be announced on this page.
